This notice includes the results of
the bid evaluation and contract award for the RFB process for the Procurement
of heavy-duty vehicle operation training simulator for Guba Vocational Training
Center.
The
Procuring Agency has invited sealed Bids from eligible Bidders through the
announcement for Request for Bids in national newspaper “Azerbaijan” on June
15, 2024 and in UN Development Business at htpp://devbusiness.un.org on June 17,
2024. The following applicants obtained the bidding documents:

The Tender Committee evaluated the final
prices and recommended the contract to be signed. The notification of tender results
was issued to the unsuccessful Bidders on September 09, 2024. The standstill
period was applied from September 09 to September 20, 2024. No
complains/clarification requests were received. After expiry of standstill
period the Letter of award to successful bidder was issued. The following
contract was signed on October 15, 2024:
“Az Nest” CJSC - Total cost
including VAT – USD 248,626.00
(two hundred forty eighty thousand six hundred twenty-six United States dollars).
